At Nautical Nomads, every product is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations. Please read the policy carefully to understand when returns or refunds may apply.
Eligible Returns & Refunds

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Proof (such as photos) may be required.

Lost Packages: If your order never arrives, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Face masks

Any other sealed personal-use products once opened

Custom or personalized products (unless defective or damaged)
What’s Not Covered

Size or style exchanges

Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

Discretionary returns (if accepted, all costs—including return and reshipping—are your responsibility)
Conditions for Returns
If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product).

Unclaimed orders or orders returned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for refund and may be donated after 30 days.
Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us at nauticalnomadss@gmail.com within 30 days. Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll review your request and respond promptly.
