🛒 Orders & Payments

• All products are made-to-order. Once you place an order, it’s sent straight to production.

• We accept secure online payments through trusted providers.

• Prices are listed in USD and may include taxes or fees depending on your location.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders ship directly from our print partners.

• Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

• Once your order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss/delay passes to you.

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us. This excludes PO Boxes and APO/AP addresses. 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos and we’ll replace or refund it.

• Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

• For health and hygiene reasons, face masks and other sealed personal-use items cannot be returned.

⚖️ Your Rights & Our Responsibility

• Products are sold as-is, but we’ll make things right if something is wrong with your order.

• Our liability for any claim is limited to either $100 USD or the amount you paid for the item—whichever is less.
