Service Description
Take the plunge with an unforgettable underwater portrait experience. Perfect for ocean lovers, scuba divers, freedivers, or anyone wanting a one-of-a-kind photoshoot beneath the surface. What it includes: ~Weight belt and weights, if needed ~Mask and snorkel ~Extra scuba tank for certified divers photoshoots, as needed. ~Safety float ~All raw photos taken (no limit) ~10 Professionally Edited Photos ~Online digital gallery for easy viewing and download ~Final Delivery within 1-2 weeks What to Keep in Mind: Must be a confident swimmer; scuba sessions require certification. Please bring felt bottom booties. If you also own mask, snorkel and fins bring those just in case. Bring swimwear or outfits safe for water or saltwater. Safety is always prioritized, we’ll review signals, water briefing, and comfort before starting. This session can be completed in just about any body of water or a pool. As a Scuba Instructor and Health Professional your safety is my highest priority when diving into these water sessions together. Cancellation Policy
📸 Photography Sessions – Booking Policy Reservations & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the session. Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions may be rescheduled once if notice is given at least 72 hours before the original date, subject to photographer availability. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Weather-related rescheduling will be determined at the photographer’s discretion. Session Guidelines Client is responsible for arriving on time. Sessions that begin late due to client delay will not be extended. Locations requiring permits, fees, or additional access costs must be disclosed and covered by the client. Deliverables Final edited photos will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe. Liability & Safety Nautical Nomads Collective is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or lost items during sessions. Clients engaging in underwater or water-based photography must disclose relevant health or safety concerns in advance. Image Rights & Usage Nautical Nomads Collective retains the copyright to all images created during the session. Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share their images. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nautical Nomads Collective reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. If a client does not wish their images to be used publicly, they must request this in writing before the session.
