Cancellation Policy
🌊 Scuba & Snorkel Tours – Booking Policy Reservations & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. Full payment is due prior or the day of the tour. Certification & Eligibility Scuba participants must present valid certification (minimum Open Water for day dives; Advanced for night dives). Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for diving or snorkeling activities. Rescheduling & Cancellations Tours may be rescheduled once if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Tours may be rescheduled or canceled by the instructor due to weather, ocean conditions, or safety concerns. In these cases, deposits may be transferred to a new date or refunded at the company’s discretion. Safety & Liability All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver and medical questionnaire before the activity. Participants are responsible for following all dive briefings, safety instructions, and environmental guidelines. Nautical Nomads Collective is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss beyond the scope of gross negligence. Equipment Clients must confirm in advance if rental gear is required. Damage or loss of rental equipment caused by negligence will be billed to the client. Photo & Video Use Photos and videos taken during tours may be used by Nautical Nomads Collective for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes (website, social media, advertising). Clients may request in writing before the tour that their images not be used publicly.
